Returns

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of receipt of items when:

• Items are in their original condition;
• Items are in their original packaging and returned in a protective postal bag (shoe boxes must also be returned in their original condition);
• Tags remain attached to garments (hygiene stickers on swimwear must remain in the same place as sold or shipped and all swimwear sold as a set must be returned as a set);
  • Proof of purchase is provided and included with the item; (items returned via post only)

Refunds will be processed:
Within 3-5 business days of receipt where possible via the payment method you made the original purchase. 
You can exchange any full price item/s within 30 days of receipt if the item/s is unused with the original tags still attached and original packaging*.
Please note, unfortunately we are unable to facilitate exchange requests on sale items.
